Engineering Design is a 4- year undergraduate degree course in engineering. This course is designed with a specific emphasis on the engineering design of machine components, mechanical engineering systems, computer- aided drafting and modelling, finite element analysis and computer aided simulation and analysis.

• Eligibility - 10+2 or equivalent
• Course Fee - INR 50,000 to 4,00,00
• Major Entrance Tests - JEE Main, BITSAT, COMEDK, VITEEE, SRMJEEE, UPSEE

Eligibility for B.Tech in Engineering Design

Students having passed classes X and XII from a recognized educational Board with a minimum aggregate score of 60% at both levels with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects are eligible to apply for B. Tech in Thermal Engineering.

Also, there are design elements in some of the basic engineering branches which are as follows:

• Mechanical engineering
• Electrical engineering
• Industrial engineer
• Chemical engineering
• Civil engineering
