Generally eligibility for most of the Colleges is above 55%. And if you have score 60% you will get admission in good college but hard to get in  extra ordinary one where there are huge cut offs. But you can definitely get up in good colleges of Mumbai like SIES College of Commerce, D.G Ruparel college of Arts, Science and Commerce, St. Francis Junior college, Thakur Vidya mandir high school and junior college etc
