Hello,
Considering 2019 cut off you have chances of getting seat in NIT, Agartala and NIT, Srinagar in computer science engineering under EWS other state category. The cut off was 2739 and  3219 respectively for EWS category. However, cut off tends to change depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
