According to your percentile your rank should be around 65K, you can check it by yourself through this link.

In this rank you will not get any of the college you mentioned above through JOSAA counseling, there is a chance that you can get some GFTI through CSAB counselling but you will not able to get a good branch.

You can participate some state counselling like for Delhi you can sit for the JAC counselling and there is a chance that you can get DTU if your home state is DTU. And if you are from UP then there is a chance that you can get some good government colleges with this rank. Or you can choose SASTRA as it is considered as as good private college. Decision is up to you whether you try another chance for improvement or end end up getting some good colleges of your state.
