Dear candidate.
You can write your exam in English there are no particular universities that offer Ayurvedic subjects in English but you can write from your side but it is risky because you will lose your marks in the examination if you write in English rather than Sanskrit.
But there is one drawback assigned with it which you will eventually face during exam results.

Even though you have answered the given questions in exams precisely but still you won't be able to fetch good marks (especially in MUHS)

Better go with regional languages like Hindi,Marathi to excel in exams.

For depth of knowledge you should be well acquainted with Sanskrit
