Hello Pushpa,

BSc in agriculture is a degree course where you will learn different aspects and branches of agriculture. There are more than 10 subjects which you will learn semester wise. And you can do masters and PhD selecting one of these subject as your major course. And yes it has great scope in India as well as outside India. After BSc. Agriculture, one may also go for MSc Agriculture and take up a teaching job, or even go for PhD and build a career in the Research sector associated with the field of Agriculture.Agricultural graduates have wide scope of career in public sector and private sector. In fact entrepreneurship is a great opportunity to pursue your prospective career in agricultural field. It is just a myth that Agriculture does not offer job opportunities.
