Universities in India admit NRI students under the 15% NRI quota in the NEET reserved by the Medical Council of India, in addition to the 15% ALL India Quota (AIQ) and the 85% State Quota.  The NRI Quota includes both Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) and Persons of Indian Origin (POI).
