Information science vs Computer science which branch do recruiters prefer? especially in belgaum ,dharwad,and Hubli like region?

Hello Vrushabh,

Generally, Mass recruitment companies prefer Computer Science and Engineering Graduates. Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra recruit in mass numbers. They prefer CSE, ECE and IT Graduates. If you can develop more skills than others Computer Science engineering graduate then you chances for get placed will be higher. So you can choose your branch as per your interest. both are almost same. Just go with upcoming technology and keep your self updated.

In all over India Computer Science Engineering has better recruitment than IT. Since both Computer Science Engineering and IT are close to each other you can opt for any department. But Computer Science Engineering is better I would suggest.
