Information Technology and BBA both are quite different degrees from each other. Honestly, B.Tech in IT (Information Technology) alone is sufficient to obtain a good job. Also, IT has a good scope and better job opportunities with a good pay scale. On the other hand in case of BBA, chance sof good opportunities are betther if you pursue any master degree after BBA such as MBA or any other relevant degree.

Also, it depends on your interest as well. If you are interested in software, programming languages then opt for IT and if you have interest in business and have rigor, go for BBA.But make sure that you need to have additional qualifications along with your BBA.
