As per your IPU CET BCA rank, assuming OPEN category  and Delhi Inside candidate(according to your user location) .. you have less chances to get any BCA college on the basis of 2020 cut off .

The min rank for OPEN category[Inside Delhi] was approved is 4946 by  United College of Education .

Well, the cut off may change every year on the basis of some unavoidable factors like seat availability , difficulty level of question etc.
