National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts the DNB counselling process. Aspirants who are alloted a seat in round one will be allowed to participate for upgradation in round 2 of dnb counselling process and those who were not allotted a seat can also participate in round 2.For more detailed explanation of dnb counseling following link will help you
