I get that you want to know about objective questions from chemistry that'll come out of 100 marks in JEE main exam. Considering this , I'd like to suggest that prepare based on NCERT chemistry books.

When it come to inorganic part, almost every single question comes from NCERT books. So, your only virtue of preparation should be NCERT books and don't forget to solve question banks related to inorganic part every once in a while.
