Institutional quota or seats are the seats held by the college/Institution itself for the remaining seats after the each round counselling. These seats are filled at Institute level means the desired candidate who wants to get admission in that particular College/Institute can visit to the college, If you meet the criteria of that college then need to complete the admission process by paying requisite fees.
