    The concept of good placements solely depends on the college you get into. You need to check your opportunities. If you get BBA in a not so reputed collge but if you can crack for MBA in an IIM, IIT, or any other high rated college then go for it.

There’s not much difference in intergerated course or doing these from different colleges separately. It all depends from where you have done your mba. If you have completed your mba from a top ranking b school it will surely fetch you a better placement.
