First of all I wish to inform you that both comes under Mittal School of Business which is ACBSP means the programmes are internationally accredited.
Furthermore, Integrated is of 4 years , year saving option is there and you cannot exit and you will get one degree which will have equivalence to PG but in dual (5 years) after completion of 3 years BBA you can choose to exit without going for MBA.
In terms of exposures, the exposure is same but student gets placed in 3rd year whereas in dual student gets placed in 4th year. But yes, in dual student undergoes different courses because tenure is more and from last year LPU's MBA is trimester as in IIM's, ISB etc means the input given is also more which will assist fir the placement of students.

In integrated you get a master's degree by the end of the course and you cannot exit after 3rd year. In dual you get two different degrees and exit option do prevails.
In three years programme study abroad programs are also available which provide an option of enrolling into LPU, but completing your degree in US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, etc.
You can go for student exchange programs on scholarships paying nominal fees, You do foreign internships and process for foreign study from the university itself. The opportunities are endless.
Rest it depends upon your orientations as both are good and are separate in nature.

The basic difference we can conclude between integrated and dual degree is that it integrated courses reduce 1 year from the course period while there is no such differences in placements in both the courses and the companies visiting for both are same at LPU .Selections are based on your performances and skills during your curricula and interview and not on the type of your course structure.

I would suggest you to do BBA from any good college then sit for MBA entrance exam like CAT, XAT,SNAP ..you will get many other better options for doing MBA...or you can try IPMAT too
