Intermediate Council of Secondary Education (ICSE) is a recognised boards which offers good education and it is a self autonomous, independent brand. It is managed by ICS Educare Foundation. The education programmes conducted by them are in strict conformity with the Indian Constitution. So you can apply for visa and passport with this.
