Due to current situation in our country caused by Covid-19 has put a hold in various exams and interviews for various exams and same goes for GATE and PSUs.All works are temporarily closed and   even the means of transport too so in this case no interview can be possible.
IOCL hasn't made any announcement yet regarding  interview and recruitment.So, i would suggest you to wait for at least 3 may and keep checking its website.
