In order to be eligible for IOCL Law officer, a candidate must have completed undergraduate + llb 3 years degree or 5 years integrated BA or BBA LLB.

The llb degree should be from a college recognized by Bar Council of India.

The candidate must have scored 60% marks in llb for general category and 55% for SC, ST and other categories.
