Hello Aspirant, congrats for the rank. Since you have such a good rank and also if you have your sc certificate with you then you would stand a solid chance to get into government college. Outside Delhi candidate face some of the issues, since this dynamic process of counseling, may give admission to less scoring person, if they belong to Delhi region.
