Candidates must keep the following information and documents ready before filling the application form of NEET 2018.

Identity (ID) Proof

Name, Date of Birth and Gender (As per Aadhar Card)

Mothers and Fathers Name (As per Class 10 Certificate)

Mobile Number and E-mail Address

Digital Photograph and Signature

Class 10th details will be asked (Name of School, Percentage obtained, etc.)

So, Keep calm and relaxed, 11th Details will not be a matter of attention in case of Application for NEET UG.
