The result of class 11th is not that necessary if your concepts are clear and you're preparing for JEE as well. But I feel like if your concepts are clear then you shouldn't face any problem with scoring well in school too. If you faced some other problem while giving the exams then please be sure that you clear your doubts. Marks can prove that your concepts are clear and school education matters too. So I'll suggest, keep it clear in your mind if your concepts are actually clear or not.
