Rakesh no not at all there is not such limited concepts in the preparation of JEE mains but yaah there are some basic concepts which you have to go through with while doing the preparation of the JEE mains because with these concepts only you can be able to score the good score. So inorder to make your concepts better try to complete the basic books first like NCERT , RD Sharma thoroughly and after that go with the other reference books .
