So with regard to your query, NO, you don't need 11th standard marks while filling out the NEET application form. You only need 12th marks from PCB stream. Further, as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by NTA agency for NEET exam, one must score an aggregate of 50% of marks in his or her 10+2.
