No , your class 12 boards examination marks is not at all important for getting admission in MBBS(Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)  as the admission is totally based on a Medical entrance examination called NEET(National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ) UG  (Undergraduate ) conducted by NTA( National Testing Agency) every year once .
