As you have scored 14,700+ rank your marks will be inbetween 60-69, so it's a best score and not even the least score you have scored an average score. So if you are aiming for top colleges then you may of may not get a seat, try for private colleges with  government college's but Before applying do check with the cut-off of the college  as it varies for every college
