Considering 2019 cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in NITs with the expected rank. Listing out few NITs you might get if you score such marks

for 180 rank which is near to 55% of the total score, it is very hard to get NIT campus.
for SC category, rank cutoff range for top NIT campus is below 15k. if your rank can go then only you will be eligible. it is hard to predict what will the situation and change in the process.
it is hard to know how the rank will be measured and how will be your performance.
try to main atleast 80% of the total score. it will make sure that you will get admission at top NIT campus even for SC category.
