Hope you are doing well. The answer for your question is Yes. Perhaps 22000 is a decent rank to get a seat in a good engineering college. But if you have scored a rank below 5000, then you would get a seat in top colleges. With 22000 rank, if you want to join among top 10 colleges, the only options for you will be Civil Engineering and Chemical Engineering or maybe even Mechanical Engineering.
