Hello,

NEET entrance exam is taken by students throughout india for admissions to mbbs/bds courses.
Yes NEET score of 300 for pwd is a nice score and will get you government mbbs seat in government college in bihar.

The previous year NEET cut off for different categories in the previous years is as follows :-

Category	NEET cutoff percentile	NEET MBBS/BDS qualifying marks (2019)	NEET cutoff scores (2018)
Unreserved (UR)	50th	701-134	691-119
SC/ST/OBC	40th	133-107	118-96
Unreserved PH (UR-PH)	45th	133-120	118-107
