The cut off for govt veterinary College differ from state to state. You haven't mentioned your state name. Many states have different entrance exam also for veterinary College. Although some of the state takes on the basis of neet marks.

15% of all govt vertinary college in india irrespective of state are filled by all india veterinary counselling. Which cut off are usually high. To get seat from this quota you will have to score , more than 500+ score in obc category to get seat.

Although 85% state quota cut off  may be somewhat lower it depends on seat availability and students registered for veterinary counselling. Although for State quota seats also anything low than 450 is not quite safe.

So try to score as maximum you  can score.
