There is very less probability for you to get admission in government college for BVSc in your state under general category because your score is very low. One need to score atleast 500+ marks in general category to get government college for veterinary. But you can try for veterinary course in private colleges both in your state and others.
However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
