Yes, 36000 is a good rank we can say as per rank cutoff.

As per your rank in SEK JEE 2019 you have good chance to get some of the branches in chennai campus. You have chance to get aerospace, chemical, automobile, biomedical, civil, genetic engineering, electrical & electronics, Electrical & instrumentation branches for sure .
