Hey Aravind! TS PGECET is a state level examination organizes for providing admission to the M.Tech/ M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D courses. This exam is managed by the Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). The process is consisting of certificate verification & option exercises.

2nd Phase counseling starts 29th August 2019, till date there is no such announcement related 3rd phase of counselling. Hope this may help you.
