Hello student,
Yes 530 marks in neet is enough for getting a seat in
King George's Medical University, Lucknow for sc category under state quota.
For example, last year marks required in neet for sc category under state quota for King George's Medical University, Lucknow was 454 marks.

Congratulations for your marks as you have secured far more than the cutoff for king George's medical College Uttar Pradesh. Previous year cutoff for the college was 454 in sc category. So yes 530 is enough for the college. Check Uttar Pradesh neet cutoff
