570 out of 720 in Neet is an amazing score. You know the cutoffs change every year so it is quite difficult to predict. Now if we go through the cutoffs of last year considering you as a general category candidate, then you can expect Bangalore Medical College, Mysore Medical College, ESI Medical College, Gulbarga, Government Seat in Kasturba Medical College, Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences and govt seat in almost all other private medical colleges. You can check the cutoffs here http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka However keep in mind these are based on previous year data and this year it might change. I would suggest you to use Neet College Predictor tool to know where you have good chances.
