see if your in final year you need to show your last semester marksheets.

the documents needed for iit jam counselling,

Birth Certificate

Class 10 and Class 12 Certificate

ID Proof (Passport/Voters ID/PAN/Aadhar)

College Transfer Certificate

Qualifying Degree Certificate

Degree Marksheet (If completed)

Marksheet until last semester attempted (If in Final Year)

Nationality Certificate (General Category)

Caste and reservation certificate

Valid Certificate for PwD candidates
