Hello,
Yes, the 75% eligibility criteria for JEE (Main and Advanced) includes your overall board marks — that is, the total marks from both theory and practical exams combined, as declared in your final board result.
For JEE Advanced eligibility (and NITs, IIITs, GFTIs through JEE Main), a general/OBC category student must:
Score at least 75% aggregate in Class 12 board exams (65% for SC/ST), or
Be in the top 20 percentile of their respective board
The 75% is calculated on the total marks in all subjects considered by your board (including theory + practical, internal + external assessments as applicable).
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
So yes — practical exam marks are included in your board percentage, and therefore count toward the 75% eligibility.
