JEE main is conducted in online mode. It is an engineering entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for this exam is must passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and maths as a subject. In 2021, the 75% criteria was removed by NTA but there is no update regarding the minimum percentage in class 12 for being eligible for jee main 2022 .

The Education Ministry announced that the eligibility criteria to obtain at least 75% marks in class 12 to appear for JEE (Main) exams, has been waived off for next academic year 2021-2022.
