As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 165679 - 120612. But your SC category rank will be much lower. There is a chance that you can get NIT/Government college on your rank because the cutoff rank is much lower in your category.  You have not mentioned your home state so the chances are very good to get seat in your home state NIT your desired branch.

but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. You can check the rank vs percentile vs marks below:
