The exact prediction would be difficult regarding qualifying cutoff & your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But as per the previous year cutoff with this percentile the chances should be decent to qualify the exam but there is less chance to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.

quick answer is YES!! Now looking into previous year cutoffs  that is 2019 comes out to be 54.0128155. as per chaitanya institute the 2020 cutoff is most likely to be pretty much same.

But note you may not get good iits with 85 percentile
