Perhaps yes there is no problem and I don't think a girl with skin problem is rejected in medical examination in Indian army for BSC nursing if the disease is is non infectious. Otherwise in the disease communicable or infectious then they might the chances of rejection. while usually skin problems are not infectious and they can be suited with the proper medication.
