Hi! There is no guarantee or promise from the institute that the students would get a job in the railways after completing the programme. The institute would train them by instilling right skillset. Indian Railways have a separate recruitment process and students have to also go through the same procedure. 

It is started this year by railway department and it has a  great future ,after it you could be a analysist, consultant etc.
