Yes. A candidate who have completed Computer ScienceEngineering is eligible to sit for both IAS and IES Exams. Both theexams are being conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) once in a year. And the age limit to appear for exam is between 21-30 years for general category (relaxation for government employees).
