Yes Aakash Live Online Crash Course is good for JEE Mains. However, if you want to prepare for JEE Advanced I think you should go either with Allen or FIITJEE(MyPAT). FIITJEE prepares child with tough questions so that in the real exam the student can feel less amount of pressure since the student has already practiced tougher problems.

For JEE  Mains follow NCERT(Chemistry) regularly along with your crash course. Try to cover all the chapters from NCERT(Inorganic Chemistry) at least 15 days before your exam.

yes,definitely it will be more useful for jee mains and jee advanced too.you can have courses on your own time.it will be more comfortable for your preparation.
