Dear aspirant, PMSSS means prime minister special scheme scholarship,it was formulated to give scholarship for higher studies outside Jammu and Kashmir,its for jammu kashmir residents.

To be frank you had no option to change the PMSSS form,so you cant correct on your own the mistake you had done. So I will suggest you to contact them through the email available in official website.
