Difficulty level of AIIMS exam is not that difficult. Personally I found it just a bit tougher than NEET.
JIPMER exam was a hell more difficult. But what matters is your rank which depends on competition. Easier the exam, more is the cutoff.
150 is a safe score. (Max 200)

AIIMS is top most institute in medical and it is one of the competitive exam. 

You should be determined and self motivated to crack your exam. 

In order to complete your syllabus you can make proper time table. Set your daily and weekly targets.

You should focus on the topics more which have more weightage.

 

Refer previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of the questions and mock test series to analyse your prepartaion level.
