Yes, AIIMS UG 2020 is going to be conducted for admission into MBBS course in all the branches of AIIMS. The exam will be conducted by AIIMS, Delhi in online mode. The exam is held for 3 and a half hours and consists of 200 questions in total.
The NMC bill will have no effect on NEET UG. It is only  for NEET PG. Also, NEET PG is not being replaced immediately. It will be replaced 3 years from now.

AIIMS MBBS 2020 exam will be managed by the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), New Delhi. There is no news of it being cancelled or such, so there will be AIIMS 2020. Basic registration starts (PAAR) for MBBS 2020 from 4th week of November 2019.
