All India pre-medical Scholoarship Test (AIPMST) provides scholarship for students aspiring to get medical seats. In 2015 the AIPMST test was called down by the Supreme Court for being fraud activities. As to the question whether it is a scam or not, it is both! There is very much bias opinion about this among students. A very few of them among applied seemed to have got the scholarship. Whereas for others, either their marks were wrong or they did not get any scholarship after paying the registration fee. And if you get scholarship, it is just the tuition for 4 months. There is no solid evidence whether it collects inforation of students for any other purpose without their consent or not.

So my advise to you is not to apply. It is always better to be on the safer side in issues like these.
