So, with regard of you're query. The University Grant Commission has granted THE Al-Falah University recognition pursuant to sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act of 1956. Al-Falah Charitable Trust, which has been in charge of the campus' institutions since 1997 and which includes the Al Falah School of Engineering and Technology (graded A by NAAC), is the organization behind Al-Falah University. The Haryana Legislative Assembly established the Al-Falah University by enacting Act 21 of 2014 under the Haryana Private University Act of 2006 as amended in 2014 and notifying it on May 2, 2014. As directed by the UGC and in accordance with NCTE recommendations, this university was one of the first to use the Choice Based Credit System for semester exams.
