No. Leggings are not allowed. We would suggest you not to wear leggings or jeans. Opt for Light coloured half sleeved kurta with palazzos or loose pants. Dont go for leggings or jeans. Also make sure you are not wearing any jewelry of whatsoever metal. No earrings, no rings, no chains, no bangles, bracelets, anklets etc. No big embroidery or big buttons. Keep it simple with flats or sandals or slippers. Also carry with you:

Admit card

Self declaration form

2 passport size photographs

50 ml sanitiser

A transparent water bottle

Valid Id proof

Masks and Gloves

Hello,

According to the latest guidelines of NEET, 2020, female candidates are strictly prohibited to wear leggings in the exam hall of NEET. You are asked to wear loose trousers without pockets during the NEET exam. It is advisable to wear half sleeved salwar without flowers or embroidery, and loose trousers with low heel footwear or slippers.
