In my opinion Anamacharya Rajampeta is better . You can go for this College.

Anamacharya Rajampeta: Many companies like GGK Tech, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, JustDial will be visiting the  campus very frequently for placements. The college provides campus recruitment training (CRT) and campus recruitment drives (CRD) for all the branches from the third year.Placements in the college are nice. 

Padmavathi College: Online and offline internships are offered every year with a stipend based on their work.
